Souk has a free returns policy! This means that if you as our customer receive a product you didn’t expect, the incorrect product or a damaged product, Souk will work with them to either reimburse them for their product or find alternative solutions for you. If you receive a product you do not expect, please email us at customer-service@souk.com. 

 Because you are receiving a handmade good that is being shipped across the world, directly from an Artisan in Morocco, for you, please allow up to 10 days of shipping and handling. All shipping is incorporated into our pricing model, so there will be no additional shipping cost to you when you check out!
